Lindeman's Coonawarra Pyrus Cabernet Blend is part of the winery's premium Coonawarra Trio, representing the epitome of Lindeman's winemaking in Coonawarra.

The wine is a blend of outstanding fruit parcels from the centre of Coonawarra's terra rossa strip. It has a backbone of old vine Cabernet Sauvignon with small inclusions of Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Following fermentation, the wine matures for 18 months in a mixture of new and seasoned French oak.

Deep purple, Lindeman’s Coonawarra Pyrus Cabernet Blend is medium bodied with juicy dark fruit flavours, savoury oak and a long finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
